Renewal by Andersen of Greater New Mexico is seeking highly qualified window and door installers with a proven track record of experience in this industry, plus skilled carpentry knowledge. A lead installer will run his own crew and is responsible for window and door installations of a single job site. Ensures customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning for materials and resources, confirms measurements of windows and doors prior to the commencement of work, performs routine to complex window or door installation, and proper work site shut down. Provide direction and/or training to crew members in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines.
Position Summary: A window and door installer ensures work site set up, performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal, performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen of Greater New Mexico’s guidelines.

• Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down.
• Installs window and door products in accordance with company standards and processes.
• Collaborates with the Lead Installer or Installation Manager throughout the project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques.

• Assists in meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue dollars per period.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
